We met with a client who was selling a product that was difficult to show and sell in networks. Their objective was to make the brand and its products known, and for this purpose we conducted a brand and market analysis.
What Giver did
We created social networks from scratch, a website (nowadays already transformed into e-commerce with high demand) and a character that identified the brand. The latter was aimed at reinforcing branding campaigns, and its tasks were based on providing users with “tips and recommendations”, as well as interacting with the public through stories and games.
We merged an icon with the products they sold: coffee filters. We were incorporating this character to multiple situations seeking to awaken the need in users until installing the product in their minds.
