Challenge

They arrived to Giver with the objective of creating a community around their brand, they were starting their expansion and distribution process of products in all Uruguay's pharmacies and needed to build an audience that would choose and recommend them.

We were faced with the challenge of creating a feed from scratch that was coherent with the brand’s colors and the values it represents. The previous feed was very loaded and the client asked for a more minimalist aesthetic, so we decided to make a more harmonious feed.

What Giver did

The first resolution was to show the product along with photos of people with different issues. At the same time, we also added a testimonials section with the aim of strengthening the first impression of potential customers, and thus reduce the doubt at the time of making the decision of buying the product.

Later, we decided to re-optimize the feed and change the communication strategy so that customers have more participation and get involved organically with the brand.

With the stories, we started to integrate more with the community and discover what they really liked so we could reflect it in our campaigns and translate it into subsequent sales.

What Giver did
